Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Career Evolution, we believe in honest educational relationships. We offer a 2-day free demo class for all offline computer and academic programs so every student and parent can thoroughly evaluate our teaching quality and lab facilities before making any financial commitment.

1. Free Demo Period

No registration fees, advance deposits, or credit card details are required to attend the 2-day free trial demo class. Students enroll only if they are completely satisfied with the instruction and infrastructure.

2. Course Withdrawal & Refund Window

• Within 7 Calendar Days of Enrollment: If a student officially requests withdrawal within 7 days of formal admission, a refund of tuition fees paid will be processed after deducting a nominal administrative and study kit fee of ₹1,000.
• After 7 Calendar Days: Due to fixed batch seat allocations and computer lab workstation reservations, fees paid are non-refundable after 7 days from batch commencement.

3. Batch Transfer & Rescheduling

If a student faces genuine medical, family, or academic exam conflicts, they may apply for a batch transfer or time rescheduling to another morning/evening slot without incurring any financial penalty.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To submit a formal refund request, please provide your fee receipt and written application at the center front desk or email us at admissions@careerevolution.com. Approved refunds are credited via original bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 working days.
